Job Opportunity: Senior Project Manager

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing and mentoring a team of construction supervisors, fostering professional growth and high performance.
  • Monitoring and updating job status in real-time, adjusting forecasts and site start schedules to optimize resource allocation.
  • Developing, tracking, and reporting on regional monthly budgets, working with supervisors to maximize build efficiency.
  • Ensuring all warranty and progress claims are accurately documented and processed in a timely manner.
  • Building and maintaining effective partnerships with suppliers and trade contractors.

Requirements for this role include:

  • A valid Victorian Driver's License.
  • A Construction Induction Card.
  • A Police Check.
