Senior Project Manager

JLL is seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to join our team. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for controlling the planning, organizing, programming, and rollout of different types of work, from minor to major upgrades.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage project delivery from inception to closure, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including project coordinators, assistant project managers, and project managers, to ensure effective project execution.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Lead contract negotiations and administration, ensuring contracts with clients, consultants, and suppliers are properly executed and maintained.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure project success and client satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on construction, design, or project management.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct project teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and Microsoft Project, with experience in managing cost reporting systems.
