Optical Service Manager Role

This is an exciting opportunity to take on a leadership position within our retail team, overseeing the day-to-day operations of our stores. As Optical Service Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and experience.

The successful candidate will have strong management skills, with experience in retail and optical environments. They will be able to demonstrate effective communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

About the Job Description

The primary responsibilities of this role include:

  • Overseeing the daily operations of the store, including staff supervision, customer service, and sales.
  • Collaborating with Optometrists to deliver a superior customer experience.
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports, including sales data and employee performance.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience as an Assistant Store Manager or higher retail management position.
  • Strong budgeting and scheduling skills, with experience working with local labor laws.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels.
  • Ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
