We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our retail stores.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing store teams, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, and collaborating with Optometrists to deliver exceptional customer service.

  • This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow beyond a customer-facing role and join a global network of optometry service providers.

A successful Store Manager will have 1-2 years of experience in a similar retail management position, as well as experience working with budgets and scheduling staff in compliance with local labour laws.

  • Experience working in a retail management position
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Required Optical experience
