About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and shaping a team of passionate store staff, driving sales and delivering results in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate a team of store staff to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service
  • Develop and implement effective store operations and visual merchandising strategies to drive sales and improve customer engagement
  • Monitor and control store inventory, stock levels and cash handling procedures to ensure accuracy and efficiency
  • Collaborate with the store team to achieve sales targets, manage stock levels and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction

Requirements
