Instrumentation Specialist

This role is responsible for the cleaning, assembly, inspection, wrapping and sterilisation of surgical instruments and medical equipment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing timely sterile products, trays, and equipment as required
  • Rotating through various allocated areas in the department to ensure consistency and continuous workflow

Requirements include:

  • A minimum Cert 3 qualification in Sterilising Services or equivalent
  • Prior experience working in a Sterilising Unit with a focus on efficient and effective service delivery
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and time management skills
  • Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
