CSSD Technician Role Summary

The successful applicant will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of infection control and sterilization are maintained in our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate and maintain decontamination equipment, including autoclaves and washer-disinfectors
  • Prepare and package medical instruments and equipment for sterilization
  • Monitor and control inventory levels of supplies and consumables
  • Participate in quality assurance programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Requirements:
  • Certificate III or IV in Sterilizing Services
  • APHRA registration
  • Full working rights in Australia
  • BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
  • Police Check and Working With Children clearance
