Our organization is seeking an experienced Pension Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our pension administration group, you will play a critical role in ensuring the integrity and quality of our pension processes.

">About the Role:
  • Conduct thorough assessments of pension tools, processes, and systems to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Develop comprehensive audit reports highlighting findings, risk assessments, and proposed corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues, support quality assurance initiatives, and drive process improvements.
">Responsibilities:
  • Design and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) plans, develop detailed test matrices, and analyze results to ensure system readiness for production use.
  • Identify, document, and analyze defects in system processes and functionalities, working closely with IT and stakeholders to prioritize and resolve issues.
  • Facilitate change management efforts within the pension administration team by documenting changes, ensuring smooth adoption of new systems, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
">Requirements:
  • A College Diploma or University Degree, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in Multi-Employer Pension Plans (MEPP), public sector pension administration, or outsourcing services.
  • Strong understanding of pension administration processes, systems, pension plan texts, and applicable legislation.
  • Experience in auditing and conducting quality reviews to ensure compliance with plan rules and regulatory requirements.
