Key Role: Client Services Representative

The ideal candidate will play a vital role as the primary point of contact for CAAT Pension Plan members, providing exceptional service and support across all stages of the pension lifecycle.

  • As the first point of contact, you will respond to inquiries via telephone, portal, and email, guiding members through their CAAT journey from plan enrolment to pensioner.
  • You will provide real-time support, identify opportunities to refer members to internal partners, and collaborate to facilitate resolutions.
  • Reviewing information updates provided by management ensures your knowledge level remains current, and you create or update template responses for members.
  • Working effectively in a team environment, you will participate in team meetings and events, and be responsible for assigned workload.
  • Proactively identifying value-add opportunities, you will provide accurate and timely information to support member decision-making.
What We Are Looking For:
  • A university degree and/or college diploma, or a combination of equivalent training, education, and experience.
  • Minimum three years of experience in the customer service/pension/insurance/finance industry.
  • Experience in providing client service with an aptitude for building trusted client relationships and delivering exceptional service.
  • Strong proficiency in both written and spoken English and French, required to communicate complex subject matter to a wide range of audiences.
  • Understanding of Canadian pension and tax legislation (ITA, PBA).
  • Experience working within a contact center environment is considered an asset.
