We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven International Business Growth Specialist to join our visionary team at Kuehne+Nagel Australia.
About the RoleYou will be responsible for developing and diversifying the business in line with financial and volume targets. Your focus will be on growing large complex accounts and developing the domestic and international supply chain portfolio.Key Responsibilities- To own, monitor and drive all sales activities for customers within your control, ensuring prospects are identified, qualified and nurtured through the sales pipeline so as to close profitable and sustainable customer deals.
- To monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing and products.
- To report customer feedback to the broader team, supporting resolutions as required.
- To assist in onboarding of new customers
- To maintain and update the most relevant customer information in internal systems.
- To regularly review customer portfolios #LI-DNI
- To focus on customer engagement, satisfaction, retention and reactivation through high levels of service quality.

Additionally, you will have:
- Prior experience in a similar role and/or industry is highly desirable
- Proven track record in delivering against set targets
- Exceptional public speaking, negotiation and communication skills
- Being able to work autonomously and effectively manage your time
- Ability to communicate effective to internal and external stakeholders.
Competitive Salary: AU$90,000 - AU$110,000 per annum
