Construction Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Supervisor to join our team at Recruit Shop. As a key member of our construction team, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the successful execution of various construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and supervise construction activities to ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
- Manage project timelines and budgets while maintaining quality standards
- Lead and mentor a team of construction workers and subcontractors
- Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and project teams to ensure project objectives are met
- Conduct regular site inspections and address any issues that arise during the construction process
- Prepare progress reports and documentation for management and stakeholders
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- A solid understanding of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage teams and liaise with clients
- A strong background in construction management, with proven experience in supervising construction projects
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in the construction industry
- Experience with project management software and tools
- A valid WA driver's license and the willingness to travel as needed
