About the Role:

  • Job Summary: Provide in-home physiotherapy services to assist with mobility, pain management, and strengthening; develop individual care plans to achieve personalised functional outcomes; and incorporate a holistic approach to healthcare.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' physical needs and goals
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to promote functional independence
  • Provide in-home physiotherapy services, including pain management and strengthening exercises
  • Collaborate closely with local community teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Incorporate a holistic approach to healthcare, focusing on healthy living activities and community priorities

About You:

  • Must be currently registered as an Occupational Therapist with AHPRA
  • Prior community experience is highly desirable
  • Ability to provide high-quality treatment and intervention services
  • Police Check (dated within the last 3 years)
  • Willing to obtain annual flu vaccinations
  • Evidence of Covid-19 vaccinations
  • Own vehicle and NSW licence
