Occupational Therapist Opportunity in Ballarat

We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to work as a Contractor in our clinic-based/community setting. This role offers an excellent chance to provide comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients with diverse conditions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough assessments and create tailored treatment plans for clients with physical, cognitive, and mental health issues.
  • Deliver evidence-based interventions and support clients to achieve their goals and enhance their functional independence.
  • Maintain accurate records of client assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes.
  • Stay updated with current best practices and research in occupational therapy through ongoing professional development.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized university.
  • Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
  • Demonstrated experience in providing occupational therapy services across various settings.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Current driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle for travel to client appointments.
