Key Role: Workforce Planner

The main objective of this position is to coordinate the installation and relocation of gaming and wagering equipment across South Australia, ensuring that venues are properly set up for success. This involves working closely with internal teams and external partners.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Organize and manage the installation, removal, and relocation of gaming and wagering equipment
  • Develop daily job plans, ensuring timely completion and smooth operation
  • Act as a liaison between venue operators, service teams, and suppliers, maintaining open communication channels
  • Keep stakeholders informed and manage expectations professionally
  • Support team operations by maintaining accurate records, scheduling, and follow-up
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in gaming, wagering, or hospitality is highly desirable, showcasing knowledge of venue operations
  • Strong communication skills, enabling effective interaction with various stakeholders
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, capable of handling multiple priorities efficiently
  • A proactive, detail-oriented approach, coupled with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and a willingness to learn new systems
