Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough centre tours and walk-throughs, showcasing our facilities and services.
  • Maintain the centres' presentation, cleanliness, and operational efficiency.
  • Perform general administration duties such as customer contracts, inventory management, and insurance claims processing.
  • Achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) and targets to ensure high standards are met across all centres.
  • Evaluate and implement effective workplace health and safety procedures to maintain a secure centre environment.
