Looking for a hands-on role with variety and great people interaction? Join Storage Box, as a Storage Facility Assistant and help keep our facility running smoothly while delivering excellent customer service.

About The Role

This role is all about supporting the day-to-day operations of our storage facility. You'll be the friendly face greeting customers, handling enquiries, processing payments, and keeping the site clean, safe, and well-presented.

If you're organised, customer-focused, and enjoy a mix of admin and hands-on work, this could be a great fit.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide friendly, professional service to customers in person and over the phone
  • Assist with general admin tasks and daily accounting processes (Sitelink)
  • Process payments and issue receipts
  • Support customers with truck and van rentals
  • Maintain the hire schedule and operate the lift safely
  • Keep the facility clean, tidy, and hazard-free
  • Follow open/close procedures and ensure site security
  • Explain facility access, payment terms, and gate app functions clearly to customers

About You
  • Strong organisational and admin skills with attention to detail
  • Committed to delivering great customer service
  • Good time management and problem-solving abilities
  • Confident communicator and team player
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
  • Experience with storage facilities or StorMan software is a bonus
