Responsibilities:
  • Develop comprehensive project blueprints to guide stakeholders, team members, and subcontractors in executing projects seamlessly.
  • Manage project finances, risk, quality, and reporting in a holistic approach.
  • Oversee all aspects of project execution – from planning through to completion, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and high-quality outcomes.
  • Supervise reservoir rehabilitation works, ensuring strict compliance with relevant Australian Standards (e.g., AS/NZS 5131, AS 1562.1, AS 4100).
  • Lead subcontractors, suppliers, and field crews in fostering a collaborative and productive site environment.
  • Ensure top-notch safety and environmental standards are consistently met.
  • Interface with key stakeholders including engineers, regulators, and client representatives to ensure clear communication and transparent progress updates.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • At least 7 years of experience in project management.
  • Able to manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Demonstrable experience in all 5 project life cycle stages (initiating, planning, executing, monitoring, and closure).
  • Proficient in the Microsoft suite.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under deadlines, plan effectively, and prioritize work commitments.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Personal drive and initiative.
  • Take ownership/responsibility of projects.
