Global Community Lead

We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee our global community initiatives. This role will be responsible for managing a team of regional and thematic community managers, setting the vision and direction for community engagement, and leading integrated programming including member challenges, partnerships, and cross-channel marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive the development and implementation of a global community strategy aligned with company goals and brand values.
  • Lead, mentor, and scale a global team of community managers.
  • Launch innovative community-led initiatives that excite and inspire contributors.
  • Partner cross-functionally to ensure alignment and amplify community voices.
  • Represent community goals internally and externally.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in community management, program strategy, or marketing, with 2+ years in a leadership or managerial role.
  • Proven experience managing and scaling a team across regions or time zones.
  • Strong program management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple initiatives and prioritize effectively.
  • Deep understanding of online and offline community building, social media, and digital marketing channels.
  • Excellent communication and people skills, with a passion for collaboration and storytelling.
