**Job Title:** Maintenance Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance operations for our Maritime products and associated equipment. This role requires a strong leader who can execute and manage maintenance to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and availability of our Maritime Assets.

  • Recruit and manage a team of skilled technicians and tradespeople to maintain XL autonomous underwater vehicles.
  • Establish forward operating facilities and infrastructure for the conduct of test and maintenance activities.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance plans and schedules.
  • Guide the development of maintenance documentation, including manuals, standard practices and parts catalogues.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and quality control procedures.
  • Oversee preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities.
  • Collaborate with the Fleet Engineering team to improve equipment reliability and maintainability.
  • Analyze maintenance data and key metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and manage maintenance budgets.
  • Coordinate with supply chain management to ensure availability of spare parts and materials.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Suitable trade or engineering qualification.
  • 7-10+ years of experience in maintenance management, in a high-tech industry.
  • Proven experience in influencing and engaging customers.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing maintenance strategies and facilities.
  • Experience with condition-based maintenance and predictive maintenance technologies.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a NV2 Security Clearance.
