• Develop and execute a business strategy to accelerate growth in Oceania (Australia, New Zealand, and Pacific Islands).
• Provide leadership and guidance to a multifunctional team responsible for growing local business.
• Coordinate with top management on strategic planning and objectives.
• Deliver on country commercial and profitability targets.
• Conduct market research into trends in the industry and the Oceania market to ensure competitiveness of products.
• Implement strategies with key partners to enhance productivity and opportunities.
• Attend and participate in relevant industry events.
's Requirements:• More than 12 years of professional experience.
• Past success in leading, coaching, and developing teams.
• Relevant account management, business development, or general management experience.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to successfully communicate proposals to potential partners and internal stakeholders.
• Strategic thinker, management consulting experience highly valued.
