We are seeking passionate graduates who want to make a real difference in the lives of those they treat, to join our two-year Graduate Program.
You'll work with a team of dedicated allied health professionals, supporting your clients on their journey to return to work and return to life after physical or psychological injury.
This role offers a unique opportunity to provide initial assessment, testing, and brief interventions for job seekers who have psychosocial and mental health barriers to obtaining or sustaining employment.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Provide initial assessment, testing and brief interventions for job seekers who have psychosocial and mental health barriers to obtaining or sustaining employment
- Perform new employment vocational assessments, transferable skills analysis, recovery support
- Conduct initial assessments with injured workers and case management for return to same employment
- Assess and report on psychological functional capacities/complete psychological functional assessments
- Conduct intelligence testing and reporting
- Assess and make recommendations on effects of mental health and medical conditions on ability to work
- Write detailed case notes and reports
- Work with adult clients living with varying socioeconomic, educational, psychosocial and nationality backgrounds
- Opportunity to provide Adjustment to Injury counselling and Vocational Counselling in-person and via phone to support client's rehabilitation

Requirements:- Hold a Master's degree in Psychology
- Be eligible for Provisional Psychology registration with AHPRA, upon graduating
- Be eligible for the 5+1 supervision
- Have graduated in the last 12 months or graduating in 2025
- Pass a national criminal check, prior to commencing employment
- Have full Australian working rights
- Hold a full drivers' license, own vehicle and comprehensive insurance
