Culinary Supervisor Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Culinary Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our culinary department, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes in our restaurant, bar, room service, and banquet areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of our culinary team to ensure seamless delivery of food services.
  • Maintain high standards of quality, consistency, and presentation of all dishes.
  • Work closely with our Front of House team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
  • Lead by example and promote a culture of teamwork, creativity, and innovation within the kitchen.
  • Develop and implement effective solutions to improve efficiency, productivity, and guest satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1-2 years' experience as a Chef with a passion for culinary arts and demonstrated leadership skills.
  • Qualifications in Commercial Cookery/Culinary Arts from a registered training provider.
  • Experience working with a variety of cuisines and ability to create innovative menu items.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
