The role of SEO Strategist is a vital position in any organization, responsible for developing and executing comprehensive strategies that drive measurable growth in organic traffic, rankings, and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze market trends and develop tailored strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure SEO is integrated into overall marketing plans.
  • Stay ahead of industry changes, algorithm updates, and emerging trends.
Technical SEO:
  • Conduct thorough site audits to identify and resolve crawl, indexing, performance, and mobile optimization issues.
  • Implement structured data/schema markup to enhance SERP visibility.
  • Optimize site architecture, internal linking, and URL structures for search performance.
On-Page Optimization:
  • Optimize meta tags, headings, content, and images for target keywords and search intent.
  • Partner with content teams to develop SEO-friendly copy and landing pages.
Off-Page SEO & Link Acquisition:
  • Develop link-building strategies to improve domain authority.
  • Identify partnership and PR opportunities to earn high-quality backlinks.
Analytics & Reporting:
  • Monitor performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog.
  • Provide stakeholders with clear, actionable reporting and recommendations.

Required qualifications include 2–5 years of professional experience in SEO, strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and industry best practices, proficiency with SEO tools, and experience with Google Analytics and basic HTML/CSS. Preferred qualifications include expertise in one or more specialty areas, experience with popular Content Management Systems, and familiarity with Conversion Rate Optimization principles and best practices.
