Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Attendant to join our team. As a key member of our hospitality team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Prepare and maintain the dining area, including setting tables and ensuring a clean and welcoming environment.
  • Have a strong knowledge of our menu and be able to make recommendations to guests.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Adhere to our company's cash handling procedures and maintain accurate records.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve your skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • Experience in a similar role, preferably in a hotel or restaurant environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of POS systems and cash handling procedures.
  • Impeccable grooming and presentation.
