Business Process Analyst Role

This position presents an opportunity to contribute to a major digital transformation project. As a Deployment Business Analyst, you will collaborate with experts in Product Development, Packaging, and Marketing to document new business processes, ensure data accuracy, and provide support for testing and training activities.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to document new business processes and align process changes with stakeholders across various teams.
  • Localize global training materials for the Australian market.
  • Analyze and clean data for raw materials, packaging, recipes, and product hierarchies.
  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by tracking defects and their resolution.
  • Create and manage all testing documentation and reports.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or related fields.
  • 2-4 years of experience in the CPG or FMCG industry, preferably in R&D, Quality, Regulatory, Packaging, or ERP implementation projects.
  • Previous experience supporting PLM or ERP deployments is highly valued.
