  • Oversee the full lifecycle of complex CRM/ERP projects from initial planning through procurement, execution, monitoring and successful close-out while ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Assign and manage project resources efficiently by coordinating personnel, equipment and materials to meet project milestones within budget and on schedule.
  • Act as the primary liaison for all internal and external stakeholders including contractors, clients, regulatory bodies and cross-functional teams to foster collaboration and maintain high satisfaction levels.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and contractors by overseeing performance against contractual obligations and ensuring timely delivery of agreed outcomes.
  • Track project progress meticulously by maintaining up-to-date plans, sprint boards, timelines, resource allocations and system health metrics using tools such as ASANA and Microsoft Project.
