Strategic HR Business Partner Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced HR professional to join our team as a strategic business partner.

About the Role

This is a permanent position where you will act as a strategic advisor to key stakeholders, including members of the executive leadership team.

  • Collaborate with clients to enhance organisational effectiveness and foster a culture of performance and accountability.
  • Provide timely, specialist HR advice to enable early identification and resolution of complex or systemic people issues.
  • Develop and execute contemporary, integrated strategies and initiatives to support the specific needs of each client group and the broader People & Culture objectives.
Your Skills and Experience
  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a senior HR generalist role within a complex and dynamic environment.
  • Experience in managing complex employee relations matters and grievances, with negotiation skills for satisfactory outcomes.
  • Facilitation skills in coaching and influencing senior leaders and leadership teams.
  • A postgraduate qualification in HR is highly regarded.
