The Role

You will provide expert human resources advice to support our people leaders on conduct, performance, and complex case matters.

  • Manage Fair Work Australia applications and advocate for stakeholders.
  • Navigate HR industrial tools to make informed decisions and resolve cases.
  • Mentor and develop People & Capability Advisors in the team.
  • Participate in projects and share knowledge to enhance learning.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Senior experience in managing complex HR issues from start to finish.
  • Extensive generalist HR experience with strong exposure to employment relations and industrial instruments.
  • Certified coaching skills to enhance manager and team member abilities.
  • Strong relationship building, communication, negotiation, influencing, and teamwork skills.
  • Able to adapt and prioritize workload efficiently.
  • A pragmatic approach to problem-solving and achieving solutions.
