Job Overview

As a key team member, you will be responsible for developing and implementing admission processes for domestic applicants.

This involves collaborating with stakeholders to ensure efficient resource allocation and seamless admissions experiences for students, staff and partners.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and organisational skills, with the ability to assess complex situations and deliver innovative solutions in process improvement environments.

You will engage constructively with diverse groups, consult and negotiate effectively, and balance competing priorities to achieve high-quality results on time.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement admission processes for domestic applicants;
  • Provide expert advice on provision of pathways to ensure consistent and equitable outcomes, complying with AQF framework and relevant policies;
  • Implement change management and communication strategies to undertake the development and continuous improvement of University-approved admission processes.
