We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to lead our Domestic Admissions team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing a team of domestic admissions officers, and ensuring high levels of service delivery and turnaround times.

  • Strategic leadership and management of the daily operations of the Domestic Admissions team across ACAP and SAE University Colleges.">
  • Oversight and management of application workflows to meet service-level targets and optimize turnaround times (TAT).">
  • End-to-End Management of Stakeholder Engagement and Admissions Process Alignment with Institutional Goals.">
  • Oversight of Regulatory Compliance, Quality Assurance, and Audit Preparedness across Admissions Activities.">
  • Collaboration with academic and operational stakeholders to ensure accurate, timely, and effective onboarding of new programs and intakes.">
  • Coordination with Tertiary Admissions Centres (TACs) to ensure data is exchanged accurately and in a timely manner.">
  • Providing reports and insights to support planning, forecasting, and improvement initiatives.">
  • Working with the Systems and Reporting team to optimize admissions platforms and ensure effective data capture and integrity.">
  • Implementing Systems Enhancements and Continuous Improvement Strategies to Drive Efficiency and Student Conversion.">
  • Contribution to Cross-Functional Projects, Policy Development, and Support Across Domestic and International Admissions.">

  • ">
  • Minimum five (5) years' experience in admissions, preferably within the higher education sector.">
  • Proven leadership or team management experience within a high-volume processing environment.">
  • Strong working knowledge of domestic admissions, TAC operations, and compliance reporting systems.">
  • Demonstrated success in process analysis, stakeholder engagement, and policy implementation.">
  • High-level written and verbal communication skills, with experience in presenting and report writing.">
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, student information systems, TAC portals, and Microsoft Office.">
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience in education, business, or related fields.">
