Job Opportunity:
The organisation is seeking a skilled and experienced professional to lead the Domestic Family Violence (DFV) program. This position will play a critical role in overseeing the implementation, management, and promotion of the specialist DFV program.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise the DFV Program Team, ensuring effective delivery of services and high-quality outcomes.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to drive the success of the specialist DFV courts.
- Monitor emerging issues and trends in relation to DFV, providing insights to inform strategic decision-making.
- Prepare and review strategic and operational documents to ensure accuracy and effectiveness.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Represent the organisation in inter-departmental and inter-agency meetings focused on DFV policy and strategy.
- Build and maintain collaborative networks across government agencies and service providers.

- Proven experience in managing complex programs and teams.
- Strong leadership and collaboration skills.
- Ability to analyse and interpret data to inform strategic decisions.
