Delivering exceptional guest experiences requires a dedicated and enthusiastic professional who can bring our vision to life.

We are seeking a Guest Service Agent who embodies the spirit of our hotel brand, inspiring guests to make discoveries and form meaningful connections with diverse people, places, and cultures.

The successful candidate will be responsible for welcoming guests and checking them in efficiently, delivering prompt, courteous, and professional service, and processing payments with confidentiality. They will also upsell services such as late checkout, room upgrades, and minibar items, maintain a positive and energetic attitude, and keep up-to-date on local events, dining options, and attractions to share recommendations with guests.

To succeed in this role, you will need strong communication and organizational skills, the ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure, and knowledge of Opera or other hotel management software. A passion for delivering superior customer service and attention to detail is essential, along with a positive, enthusiastic, and team-oriented approach.

Requirements:
