About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Senior Technical Business Analyst to join our team at ING. As a key member of our transformation program, you will play a crucial role in modernizing our core banking platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the end-to-end scoping, requirements, testing, and implementation of our core banking platform.
  • Work closely with the business to ensure the product backlog is ready, visible, and the squad understands delivery priorities.
  • Escalate risks and issues to relevant project stakeholders and facilitate the resolution.
  • Undertake effective risk management at all levels, including overall delivery, feature delivery, vendor management, dependency management, and story card completion.
Requirements
  • Experience in a technical business analyst or delivery role.
  • Demonstrated experience in working and managing timely delivery of complex projects with teams spread across geographical locations.
  • Ability to understand business requirements, technical design, and solution and application architecture.
  • Strong analytical skills are required as understanding of complex back-office processes is essential.
  • Experience working with multiple types of software development lifecycle methodologies (Agile, Scrum).
