Job Role Overview:

The role of a Senior Customer Service Manager involves overseeing customer-facing operations in a bakery setting.

This is a hands-on position requiring exceptional specialty coffee expertise. The successful candidate will be required to develop and maintain high standards of coffee service, training and mentoring colleagues where necessary.
