**Job Description:**

Our organisation is seeking a **strategic business growth leader** to drive expansion in our core operations across Western Australia's thriving mining sector. You will work with industry leaders, build key client relationships, and directly influence company success in a high-impact role.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Proactively identify new business opportunities in WA's mining landscape, focusing on crushing services.
  • Conduct detailed market research and competitor analysis to align our capabilities with future demand.
  • Collaborate with our Business Operations team to feed the pricing pipeline with qualified, well-timed opportunities.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders.

**Requirements:**

  • 3-5 years proven track record in business development within the mining services sector, preferably crushing and screening or related services.
  • Exceptional ability to convert new business opportunities into tangible outcomes.
  • Strong commercial acumen and strategic mindset.
  • Confident communicator with experience engaging stakeholders at all levels.
  • Established industry network in WA and across Australia.

**Licences and Qualifications:**

  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Engineering, or a related discipline - Desirable.
