Job Overview:

This role requires a high-performing professional to oversee the strategic and operational leadership of the business across multiple national locations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong commercial acumen and be able to deliver strategic industry advancements, elevate high performance, accountability, and commerciality while leveraging current operations.

  • Oversee the Australian P&L including revenue, sales, and operations
  • Create a vision and roll out a business plan to drive growth and expansion
  • Lead a range of operational excellence initiatives such as sales, HR, finance, culture, process, and customer engagement
  • Identify and execute revenue-generating opportunities within the existing customer base as well as exploring new markets
  • Deliver a rolling business plan with a focus on sales, customer service, safety, collaboration, and culture
Requirements:
  • Degree qualified in a discipline such as commerce, engineering, or finance with an extensive commercial skill set
  • Exposure to industries such as manufacturing, distribution, or fabrication and be able to deliver strategic industry advancements
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills are essential, as is the ability to leverage the history of the business while creating an environment that enables the attraction and retention of talent
Commercial Acumen:
  • The ability to set a clear strategic direction and inspire others to achieve it
  • Apply a high level of commerciality to identify growth opportunities and new revenue streams

You will be empowered to lead the Australian operations backed by established infrastructure and resources with a view to growth and expansion.
