We are seeking an experienced Financial Services Onboarding Specialist to join our winning team at MYOB.
This role involves upholding first-level defence against potential fraud and financial loss by vetting and checking all incoming applications, configuring and provisioning facilities to ensure clients are up and running as soon as possible.
Key Responsibilities:- Efficiently and accurately assess and make decisions on merchant applications within established MYOB policies, procedures, and risk appetite.
- Gather, analyse, and assess information relating to MYOB Online Payment applications, including merchant business and personal profiles to effectively assess their risk profile.
- Prepare risk review documentation highlighting areas of risk with a recommendation and raise this to management.
- Keep detailed and accurate records of client data and applications within MYOB CRM and associated systems.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Experience in financial, payment or related risk assessment environments.
- Knowledge of AML – CTF, KYC policies and procedures.
- Effective communication skills, with excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proven experience in delivering results and meeting the expectations of external business partners and clients.
- Exceptional analytical skills.
- Mastery of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
