**About the Role**

The Risk team plays a pivotal role in supporting Youi's growth as we strive to achieve ambitious goals. Reporting directly to the Head of Risk, the successful candidate will oversee the maintenance and development of risk policies and procedures, driving forward key initiatives to elevate our risk maturity and visibility.

**Responsibilities**

  • Develop, maintain, and enhance key documentation related to the Risk Management Framework.
  • Manage reporting against risk appetite, including continuous improvement of Key Risk Indicators.
  • Provide valuable insights for management and board risk reports.
  • Oversee the Business Continuity and Incident Management Frameworks and their supporting processes.
  • Offer expert advice on risk-related matters to the business.
  • Identify areas for process improvements to strengthen risk management frameworks.

Working closely with the Head of Risk, you will be instrumental in shaping strategic risk plans and implementing policies, procedures, and systems that drive results.
