We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team in managing, retaining, and growing a portfolio of small business customers. This role involves effectively managing customer relationships, identifying new sales opportunities, and driving business growth.
The ideal candidate will possess strong relationship management and communication skills, with the ability to identify new sales opportunities and drive business growth. They will also have technical knowledge of fertiliser products or a background in agriculture, as well as proficiency in CRM systems and digital sales tools.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and grow a portfolio of small-scale fertiliser customers.
- Drive outbound sales campaigns, including cold calling and lead generation.
- Provide technical advice on CSBP fertiliser products and services.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers, sales agents, and industry stakeholders.
- Assist with seasonal sales offers and other marketing initiatives.
- Experience in sales, account management, or customer service (agriculture industry experience desirable).
- Strong relationship management and communication skills.
- Ability to identify new sales opportunities and drive business growth.
- Technical knowledge of fertiliser products or a background in agriculture.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and digital sales tools.
- Self-motivated and results-driven individual who is passionate about supporting farmers and rural businesses.
