Event and Logistics Crew Member

We are seeking a motivated and flexible individual to join our dynamic team as an Event and Logistics Crew Member. No experience is necessary, as we provide on-the-job training. What's important is a willingness to learn, work autonomously, and support our events team in delivering exceptional experiences.

As a member of our crew, you will have the opportunity to learn from experienced professionals and develop valuable skills in event management, logistics, and teamwork. You will be part of a dynamic and growing event management agency specializing in retail, shopping centre, and outdoor precinct events and activations.

The majority of working hours are outside of normal business hours, including weekends, but you will have approximately 24 to 40 hours per week available based on the event schedule. This position suits someone with flexibility in their current work or study schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support event teams in the planning and execution of events
  • Assist in the coordination of logistics, including venue setup and teardown
  • Work closely with the events team to ensure seamless event delivery

Requirements:

  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Ability to commute or relocate to Brookvale, NSW 2100
  • Australian work authorization
