Event Management Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Event Manager to join our team.

About the Job
  • Deliver end-to-end event management services for national and state-based events
  • Curate engaging event programs and manage event committees effectively
  • Select and manage venues, catering, AV, and digital platforms
  • Negotiate with key sponsors and stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes
  • Coordinate travel and accommodation logistics for speakers and staff
  • Lead event execution with precision and professionalism
  • Manage awards show production and gala dinner logistics
  • Monitor event performance, track KPIs, and complete post-event evaluations and reporting
  • Collaborate with colleagues to deliver successful events
About You
  • A minimum of 3–5 years' experience in event management, preferably within associations, conferences, or complex event environments
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities
  • Strong skills in program development and committee management
  • Proven experience negotiating with suppliers and managing key relationships
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event platforms such as Evexus, Jomablue, or Aventri
  • A digitally savvy mindset and interest in evolving event technologies
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Ability to work autonomously while contributing to a collaborative team culture
  • Willingness to travel and work flexible hours during event periods
