About the Role

Are you highly organized, cool under pressure, and experienced in fast-paced nightlife or event environments? We're looking for a Logistics Manager to oversee and coordinate all logistical aspects of our event, from bar setups and stock control to vendor coordination and transport.

If you have a background in bars, clubs, or events and take pride in keeping event operations running smoothly from warehouse to showtime, we want to hear from you.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute logistics plans for event, including transport, equipment and site setup
  • Coordinate venue access, bar builds, deliveries, and supplier schedules
  • Manage alcohol stock movement, cold storage, and compliance with licensing requirements
  • Supervise load-in/load-out schedules and on-site logistical operations
  • Liaise with venue, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocking
  • Ensure all logistics meet safety, legal, and event requirements
  • Respond to logistical challenges quickly and effectively during live operations

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in logistics, preferably in events, hospitality, nightlife, or festival settings
  • Strong understanding of bar operations and alcohol handling procedures
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to lead on-the-ground teams and coordinate across departments
  • Comfortable working long hours, weekends, and evenings during event periods
  • Able to multitask and adapt in high-pressure, fast-paced environments

Bonus Points For:

  • Experience working in bars, clubs, or licensed venues
  • Knowledge of alcohol brands, storage requirements, and licensing laws
  • Valid forklift license or experience operating warehouse equipment
  • First aid or event safety certifications
