The role of an events coordinator involves overseeing the organization and execution of various events, including conferences, gala dinners, awards nights, and webinars. This requires a high level of attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
A successful events coordinator must be able to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in event management, preferably within associations or complex event environments, and possess strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.

About the PositionThe events coordinator will be responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery of national and state-based events, including venue selection, catering, AV, and digital platforms. They will also oversee key sponsor and stakeholder relationships, coordinate travel and accommodation logistics for speakers and staff, and lead onsite event execution with precision and professionalism.
The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years' experience in event management, strong skills in program development and committee management, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and event platforms such as Evexus, Jomablue, or Aventri.
