Role Overview:
Swim Instructors are tasked with providing safe, engaging, and innovative swimming lessons. They must maintain a comprehensive understanding of the Swim and Survive program, stay updated on industry trends, and adhere to relevant health and safety regulations.
Aligned Leisure Swim Instructors will consistently demonstrate effective communication and engagement with students, ensuring that individuals of all ages, abilities, and cultural backgrounds receive a high-quality program.
They will actively engage with students and parents to enhance member retention and satisfaction. Attention to detail in maintaining the facility's presentation and standards is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Deliver high-quality swim instruction
2. Manage daily operations of the swim school
3. Provide exceptional service to all clients and stakeholders
Essential Qualifications and Experience:
- Qualification in Swimming and Water Safety Instruction
- Desirable: Qualification in Teaching Infants and Toddlers
- Current First Aid and CPR Certification
- Working with Children Check
- Relevant industry experience
