About Our Role

We are seeking a skilled Reliability Specialist to join our team in developing and optimizing maintenance strategies to minimize asset downtime and ensure optimal maintenance of our assets.



Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Maintenance, and Asset Services experts to drive production, reliability, safety, and environmental enhancements.
  • Support the development, prioritization, and endorsement of optimized maintenance strategies by Renewables Engineering and Maintenance teams.
  • Ensure that optimized maintenance plans are incorporated into our CMMS and converted into effective routines, enhancing efficiency in maintenance task execution.
  • Update existing planned maintenance tasks in our CMMS and Document Management System.
  • Contribute to the development, deployment, and continuous improvement of maintenance support information.
  • Design tools and systems to improve KPI tracking, suitable for use on Visual Management boards.
  • Analyze data and information across our Renewables assets to enable robust reliability analysis at business unit, system, and equipment levels.
  • Coordinate Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMECA) and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for plant failures.
  • Monitor Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) of renewable assets, including equipment performance measurement against OEM-provided performance curves.


Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Prior experience utilizing Reliability Engineering techniques and Asset Management principles is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated previous experience in leading reliability improvement initiatives and developing maintenance documentation in power stations or similar heavy industries is required.
  • Familiarity with SAP as a CMMS is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in platforms such as Power BI, OSI PI, Reliability, RCA, and Condition Monitoring software is desirable.
