Property Development Lead

This pivotal role is responsible for overseeing diverse portfolios of projects across property development, infrastructure works, and office relocations.
- Lead end-to-end project delivery, coordinating multiple projects from planning through to completion.
- Coordinate planning, design, and construction activities, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and legislation.
- Plan and execute office relocations, including logistics, space planning, communication, and minimizing business disruption.
- Drive stakeholder engagement by building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment on goals, timelines, and deliverables.
- Implement effective governance and risk management by establishing governance forums, identifying risks and issues, and developing strategies to mitigate them.
- Lead change management initiatives in managing people, process, and service impacts of projects, ensuring smooth transitions with minimal disruption.
- Manage budgets and reporting, monitoring project expenditure, providing accurate financial and progress reporting, and ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
Requirements for success include certifications/qualifications in project management, business management, or related disciplines, with a minimum of 3-5 years' experience in property development.
