Job Title: Leisure and Lifestyle Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Leisure and Lifestyle Assistant. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our residents by designing and delivering activities programs that cater to their diverse needs and abilities.

As a key member of our care team, you will work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver high-quality care and services to our residents. Your exceptional communication skills and ability to build rapport with staff, residents, families, and visitors will be essential in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement activities programs tailored to the needs and abilities of our residents.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver person-centred care and services.
  • Communicate effectively with staff, residents, families, and visitors to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements:
  • Certificate IV in Community Services (Lifestyle and Health) or equivalent qualification.
  • Current Level 2 First Aid certification.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with residents, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Ability to work independently and respond to diverse situations.
