Travel + Leisure is looking for a passionate and dynamic Chef De Partie to join our vibrant team at The Sebel Pinnacle Valley Resort. This role offers an opportunity to be part of a journey that celebrates excellence, creativity, and the joy of bringing people together through extraordinary food experiences.

As the Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the kitchen, assisting with menu planning and design with the Head Chef, ensuring food quality and safety standards, and providing excellent service.

Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To
  • Prepare, produce, and present all foods in accordance with food hygiene and safety standards, including HACCP principles.
  • Prioritize food safety and hygiene in food preparation.
  • Enhance your food knowledge and skills continuously.
  • Minimize food wastage.
  • Provide an exceptional guest experience.
  • Contribute ideas on menus, rosters, and team issues.
  • Audit kitchen stock daily and reorder as needed.
  • Coordinate with the kitchen team for smooth operations and high service standards.
