We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to join our Commercial team at Coles Group. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for leading the governance of Smarter Clearance, including SteerCo packs and monthly updates to stakeholders. You will also engage with category managers, category coordinators, supply planners, and space planners to support the rollout of Smarter Clearance at scale.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the governance of Smarter Clearance, including SteerCo packs and monthly updates to stakeholders.
- Engage with category managers, category coordinators, supply planners, and space planners to support the rollout of Smarter Clearance at scale.
- Support iterative Business case development and stakeholder engagement in line with the R&S technology roadmap.
- Develop the prioritized roadmap for enhanced data & reporting and provide the requirements to the Commercial Data team for dashboards and reporting.
- Lead the communication & engagement plan with Range & Space team and drive visibility and usage of the dashboards and reporting.
- Support documenting the business process and ensuring it stays current.
About Your Skills:
You will possess the expertise to work with cross-functional teams to support Coles launch cutting-edge technology to our customers. Your areas of expertise should include:
- Project management experience, and/or agile delivery are advantageous.
- Previous experience in a large retail, fast-paced, or FMCG environment is beneficial.
- Experience with process improvement or change management in large complex organizations.
- Proficiency in implementing new tools and capabilities to improve business processes.
- Competent with developing and implementing training plans, with the ability to deliver to a variety of team members.
- Technical aptitude, with the ability to liaise with technology teams.
- Strong drive, initiative, and engagement capability to work self-directed and in an organized manner within a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
