About the role

We are seeking a skilled Product Development Manager to oversee the end-to-end delivery and lifecycle of store-front innovation products within your portfolio. This role involves driving a product strategy that aligns to the overall operations transformation strategy.

You will be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing multiple product roadmaps to drive a product strategy that aligns to the overall operations transformation strategy
  • Being the key point of contact for all product queries and taking the lead on communication and engagement initiatives
  • Taking accountability for all commercial metrics associated with product roadmaps
  • Undertaking continuous improvement projects to drive optimisation for current and future projects
  • Creating, managing, and circulating detailed project reporting
  • Leading and developing a team of Project Leads and Coordinators

About you and your skills

You will have:

  • Previous experience in a Product Management role ideally within a large complex business
  • Prior experience working within the retail sector, particularly in roles involving store operations or customer-facing products, is highly desirable
  • Strong commercial understanding and exposure to managing large budgets
  • Experience with data analytics tools and methodologies to drive product decisions and optimisations
